I've gone to a couple of dental clinics in Vancouver and none have come close to MAX Dental. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had been putting off a cleaning for a while, but they didn't make a big deal about it, which I really appreciated. They were all very kind and understanding. They were also honest about what I needed and didn’t push any unnecessary procedures and treatments. I highly recommend them!!

Good: flexible scheduling; super nice staff with some recent exceptions. Pretty happy with the simple dental work.

Bad: poor communication regarding treatment,
$20+ fee for digital photos shot on an iphone; inappropriate comments about skin; vindictive office manager.

I’ve been going to max dental for over a decade and the service is always outstanding. From the reception to assistants to the dentist, they strive for quality customer service and outstanding work. Dr.Wong is by far the best in my opinion! He makes me feel so comfortable and calm, and is very caring and genuine. Anywhere else I have had to go to when out of the province, I’ve had to get nitrous and have severe anxiety due to terrible experiences, but never have I had any at Max Dental. Dr.Wong made me confident in my smile again and I could not be more happy! Thank your Dr.Wong and thank you Max Dental!

Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Clarence Wong and the whole team! I had my wisdom tooth bothering me and was able to quickly get an appointment. We did X-rays and extraction. So efficient and absolutely painless. Dr. Wong and his assistant explained every step and all the details, plus aftercare instructions. The whole time (which was hardly half an hour) I felt very safe and calm. Would definitely go back for all of my dental needs!
Their pricing is also very reasonable and I greatly appreciated the estimates and transparency as someone without the insurance.
